Heather Stauffer, MA
BCBA & Director of Quality Assurance
Heather Stauffer graduated with bachelors’ degrees from The University of Saint Francis in 2008. She became a behavior technician for 4 years, as well as serving as a direct support professional for 1 year. Her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a certificate in Autism was completed from Ball State University in 2012. Heather has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2013, and has been with Great Heights ABA since 2018. She serves a the PCM Instructor, and became the Director of Quality Assurance in 2021. Heather has a passion for ensuring quality in the services delivered throughout our programs, and for providing RBT and BCBA supervision.
